We are seeking a Part-Time, 20-hour Nurse Practitioner to join our Internal Medicine team in Scituate.
Weekly schedules consist of 18 hours of clinical, patient-facing time and 2 hours of administrative time. Our practice is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The selected provider will work two (2) 8-hour shifts per week, including Fridays, and one (1) 4-hour shift per week. The practice is located at 56 New Driftway, Suite 101, Scituate, MA.
We provide comprehensive primary care services for adult patients, including annual physical examinations, routine health screenings, preventive care, and the management of acute and chronic medical conditions. Our goal is to identify and address health risks early while promoting long-term wellness and disease prevention.
Our Nurse Practitioners partner closely with physicians through a shared-panel model that enhances patient access, continuity of care, and practice efficiency. Providers care for a mix of established patients, same-day acute visits, and preventive care appointments. This model allows NPs to practice autonomously at the top of their license while benefiting from a collaborative, team-based environment. We are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care. Because patients often seek care when they are not feeling their best, we value providers who demonstrate compassion, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills in every patient interaction.
