The Sr. Learning & Development Professional serves as a subject matter expert, leading the design and delivery of comprehensive professional and leadership development programs while liaising on technical training initiatives. This role plays a critical part in building leadership capability across the organization by designing scalable programs that strengthen current and emerging leaders, enhance management effectiveness, and support progression planning. This position partners closely with business leaders to assess skill gaps, identify learning and leadership development needs, and implement targeted solutions that build both individual and organizational capability. As part of the Human Resources team, the Sr. Learning & Development Professional will report to the Director of Organizational Development and will collaborate with business leaders, HR team members, and subject matter experts to advance the organization's leadership and talent development strategy. This position is located on-site at our headquarters in Houston, Texas, Monday-Thursday with a flexible work schedule.
Skills & Experience
Education Requirements Bachelor's degree required, preferably in human resources, or a related field.
