Job Title: Project Manager 3

Duration: 6 months contract

Location: Irving TX 75039

Schedule: Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week (flexible)- 40 hrs/week - No OT

Pay Range: $45-50/hr

In this contingent resource assignment, you may:

Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Project Management and contribute to large-scale planning related to Project Management deliverables.

Review and analyze moderately complex Project Management challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Project Management deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with client personnel in Project Management.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

We are seeking a Project Manager to backfill an existing associate who is retiring.

This role will lead a critical transition of Talent Acquisition-owned processes to Technology Business Services (TBS).

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end transition of TA activities to TBS

Partner closely with Technology and Recruiting teams to ensure smooth handoffs

Drive a phased global rollout:

Phase 1: India & Philippines

Followed by: EMEA, APAC, and Canada (target completion by year-end)

Required Qualifications (MUST HAVE)

Proven experience with Workday implementation and development

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow

Strong project management and cross-functional coordination experience
