JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are looking for an Ecosystem Lead - Rare Syndromes (District Manager) who is strategic, collaborative, and patient-focused to join us in our Epilepsy and Rare Syndromes US team, working remotely across the Texas Region which includes: Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. About the role You will lead a regional commercial field team of six Key Account Managers (KAM) who will focus on improving outcomes for patients with rare syndromes. You will be responsible for driving performance, expanding patient access, and delivering and exceeding on regional business objectives. This role combines leadership, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure patients receive the care and therapies they need. Who you'll work with You will work closely with cross-functional partners across the field and home office. This includes representatives, medical science liaisons, market access partners, marketing, patient services, Thought Leader Liaisons, and external stakeholders such as healthcare professionals, advocacy groups, and key opinion leaders. This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $185,600.00- $243,600.00 annually. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
