In this role, you'll own and grow strategic issuer partnerships, driving improvements in authorization rates, reducing fraud and influencing how payment performance evolves at scale. You'll create meaningful impact across a global platform and help shape the future of commerce.

What you'll own
  • Own and grow relationships with card issuers, aligning strategies that improve authorization rates, reduce fraud and enhance cardholder experience
  • Drive measurable performance improvements by using data insights to influence issuer behavior and optimize payment outcomes
  • Lead commercial negotiations that expand partnerships across new products, services and geographies
  • Create and deliver impactful business reviews that highlight performance, unlock opportunities and strengthen partner trust
  • Influence cross-functional teams to execute data-sharing initiatives that improve payment success and partner value
  • Identify and build new issuer partnerships that expand reach and strengthen the overall payments ecosystem
  • Align internal and external stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-impact outcomes across regions
  • Shape and evolve issuer advocacy by developing new approaches that improve partnership value and long-term growth
What you bring
  • Experience in payments, fintech or financial services, with exposure to card issuers, networks or banking partnerships
  • Proven ability to own and grow strategic relationships that deliver commercial and performance outcomes
  • Strong understanding of payment performance drivers such as authorization rates, fraud or interchange
  • Confidence leading negotiations and influencing stakeholders across functions and geographies
  • Ability to turn data into insights that drive decisions and measurable improvements
  • High attention to detail with the ability to balance strategy and execution
  • A curious, accountable mindset with a drive to build and shape new solutions within a global organization

For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $99,500.00-$148,025.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role's responsibilities, level, and geographic location.
