SUMMARY



Responsible for coordinating appraisals continuously to meet budgetary requirements.




ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Works with various programs, clients and independent contractors to coordinate appraisals;



Reviews clients schedule of values to determine properties to be appraised;



Drafts Letter of Engagements (15 to 20 per day) to be sent to clients for review/signature;



Maintains/updates all tracking spreadsheets and databases daily;



Reviews all report submissions for accuracy;



May conduct search of public records for appraisal quoting purposes;



Generates all working folders and documents for each appraisal;



Invoices 15 to 20+ clients monthly in EPIC database;



Troubleshoots appraisal concerns, questions, database interruptions with internal and external clients;



May assist Appraiser with obtaining pertinent data from client;



Processes and submits reports to appropriate staff and departments;



Other duties as assigned.




QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE



Two (2) or more years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience



Certificate from college or technical school




SKILLS



Excellent verbal and written communication skills



Good problem solving and time management skills



Good planning, organizational and prioritization skills



Proficient in Microsoft Office products
