About the Role:

clients to get the most out of their Yardi solutions! In this role, you'll work
closely with users to troubleshoot challenges, fine-tune workflows, and turn
complex problems into clear, effective solutions. You'll design and configure
custom applications, test enhancements, and serve as a key resource for
sophisticated system issues. Along the way, you'll collaborate with talented
teammates across analysis, development, sales, and marketing to deliver outstanding

We are looking for a motivated, team player with strong
problem solving and technology management skills to help support Yardi's HUD
Team!
What You'll Do:
- Consult and provide technical direction to coworkers in the
Yardi HUD Group. - Assist the HUD Yardi Help Desk with troubleshooting client
application and technical issues. - Serves as an escalation resource for complex application
systems issues and complex client requests - Validates solution effectiveness through program and quality
assurance testing - Documents and tests programming changes including new
modules, enhancements and bug fixes. - Writes Data Fixes to correct data corruption which may be
caused by application issues or third parties. - Assists in adding and updating documentation in Yardi Help.
- Provides technical specifications and technical assistance
on special projects including Angular Dashboards and Reports.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or
equivalent technical experience - Two (2) years in software support/ IT Support/ Development
- Knowledge in: Microsoft operating systems, webservices, and
XML - Strong technical computer and database management skills
with an emphasis on SQL - Excellent independent decision-making and problem-solving
skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Client-centered commitment and focus
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple
tasks in a fast-paced environment - Collegial, team-oriented disposition with the desire and
ability to establish cooperative working relationships with employees at all
levels within Yardi, outside of Yardi, and with customers
Ideal to Have:
- Project management experience
- Understanding of Development
- Ability to
efficiently communicate highly technical topics or solutions to a non-technical
audience

Annual Salary Range:$84,800-$95,400
