Position Summary The purpose of this role is to optimize labor productivity performance across the health system. This encompasses supporting and standardizing the health system's labor productivity performance, benchmarking, target standard creation, and position control management. This role will work closely with finance, hospital directors, and executive leadership to educate, identify productivity opportunities, communicate recommended solutions appropriately and drive labor and expense management improvements. This position reports to the Executive Director of Financial Planning and Decision and Support. This role supports the annual planning process and works with our benchmarking tool to set productivity targets. The position will also work directly with hospital frontline leaders and CFOs to meet those strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of hospital staffing and operations with experience in optimizing financial performance within a clinical environment. Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving labor utilization across hospital departments for all entities to drive cost-effective and high-quality patient care. *Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications.
