You combine strong technical expertise in physical security systems with a practical, risk-based approach to program management. You are comfortable taking ownership, coordinating across teams, and ensuring compliance in a regulated environment. If you thrive in a hands-on role that blends operations, risk, and security system oversight, this role is for you. About the Role The Physical Security Manager is responsible for First Western's physical security program, including access control, surveillance systems, and alarm monitoring. This role protects the bank's people, assets, and facilities through the implementation of effective security controls and timely response to physical security incidents. The position ensures proper operation and maintenance of security systems, oversight of high-risk assets such as ATMs and cash, and coordination with internal teams and external security vendors.
