JOB SUMMARY The Associate Athletic Trainer develops and administers injury prevention and treatment plans, directs rehabilitation programs for athletes, and communicates daily with the athletic team. This position attends local and away practice and games in order to evaluate and treat injuries or potential injuries. This position works closely with the Assistant Athletic Director / Sports Medicine, athletic training staff, administrators, coaches, sports performance personnel, team physicians as well as extended sports medicine staff. Additionally, the Athletic Trainer works with the Sports Medicine team to maintain the health care and well-being of Saint Louis University's student athletes. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
