Position Overview The Business Development Manager (BDM) is a field-based, travel-intensive role focused on driving growth across SkinCeuticals' Flagship and Strategic Partner programs within the Mid-Atlantic territory. This role is responsible for deepening existing partnerships while identifying and developing new strategic opportunities that accelerate brand growth and expand SkinCeuticals' presence across the aesthetic marketplace. The BDM works cross-functionally with field sales, marketing, education, PR, digital, and medical affairs teams, and must thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. This individual will be a key connector between internal stakeholders and external partners serving as both a trusted advisor to practices and a strategic driver for the brand.
