Step into an Inside Sales Associate role in Santa Ana, where you'll keep orders moving, support customers, and help inside sales stay on track.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll keep orders moving, support customers, and help inside sales stay on track. You'll work closely with sales, finance, and logistics teams to make sure details are right, communication is clear, and everything stays on schedule.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Create and enter customer orders accurately.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, quotes, and inquiries.
• Answer customer questions via phone and email.
• Look up product pricing and estimated delivery dates (ETAs).
• Maintain quote documentation with accurate pricing and product configurations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs and business objectives are met.
• Assist with general office and administrative support functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
