As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Guardian in Brooklyn, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a professional environment through strong customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare-related location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and sharing information with site contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout interior areas, entrances, and the exterior perimeter to help identify hazards, unauthorized activity, and/or conditions needing attention.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and assist with visitor, staff, and delivery traffic in accordance with site protocols and post instructions.
• Support a professional environment by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, while following Allied Universal standards and location procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
