This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and travel for competition and recruiting. | Duties & Responsibilities |
- Assist all coaches with
facilitating the academic and athletic development of every student-athlete. - Assist in the recruitment
of prospective student-athletes within the guidelines of the Conference and the NCAA. - Train non-travel team when
not on travel status. - Implement individual
development plans (IDP's). - Coaching student-athletes
at all practices and meets. - Work cooperatively and
provide positive energy as a member of the staff. - Recruit qualified
student-athletes. - Coordinate and advance
recruiting, alumni, and community relations. - Perform video analysis and
opponent scouting. - Work closely with the
compliance office to assure the program follows University, Conference and NCAA regulations. - Coordinate travel and
logistics management, including pre-travel booking, coordination with compliance and travel partner, food logistics, travel budget, reconcile receipts and budget. - Management and oversight of
team's social media strategy to increase engagement and visibility. - Oversee strategic
communications coordinator to ensure timely and accurate updates are delivered externally and internally to stakeholders. - Oversight of office
operations. - Operational and
administrative support for camps and clinics. - Budget accountability.

assigned.

skills, including the ability to plan, establish priorities and successfully manage multiple priority projects . - Demonstrated ability to
develop and maintain positive interpersonal relations. - Demonstrated ability to
communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels, and project a positive, professional attitude.

| Minimum Qualifications |
- Bachelor's
Degree. - Competitive
playing and/or coaching experience at the collegiate, club, or professional level. - Must
have a valid driver's license and ability to drive according to the University Fleet Safety Policy.

| Preferred Qualifications |
- One year of coaching experience at the collegiate or professional level.
- Coaching certifications from relevant governing bodies (e.g., ASCA, USA Swimming) or ability to attain certification within six months of hire.
- Experience with Microsoft Products, social media sites, ARMS, Teamworks, Swimcloud Pro Tools, Google suite, Apple products, Sideline Scout, or tempo trainers.
