Strategic Finance & Accounting Manager

We are hiring a Strategic Finance and Accounting Manager.

The Strategic Finance & Accounting Manager will be a high-impact member of TIDI's finance and accounting organization. This individual will support key finance-led strategic initiatives while building deep knowledge of the business. This role is designed for a high-potential accounting and finance professional who combines strong technical GAAP knowledge, financial reporting discipline, analytical curiosity and a demonstrated ability to create insight from data.

This role can work remotely anywhere in the US, but must be willing to travel to any of our sites, as needed.

Essential Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist with the preparation and review of internal and external financial reporting deliverables including lender reporting, audit support, board materials, and other stakeholder reporting requirements.
* Research, document, and conclude on technical accounting matters in accordance with US GAAP.
* Support accounting for non-routine transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures, debt financings, and other complex accounting areas.
* Translate financial and operational data into clear insights for business leaders, helping move the organization from reporting results to understanding performance drivers.
* Partner with business leaders to evaluate trends, risks, opportunities, and value creation initiatives.
* Demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly with different audiences.
* Influence through credibility, preparation, financial acumen, and practical problem solving.
* Build a broad understanding of TIDI's business model, manufacturing operations, revenue streams, margin drivers, and strategic priorities.
* Actively participate in TIDI Product's commitment to continuous improvement in all areas of the operation.
* Actively support TIDI Products, LLC Mission, Value, Value Discipline, and Behaviors.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
* CPA strongly preferred.
* Approximately 5 to 8 years of progressive accounting, audit, transaction advisory, financial reporting or corporate finance experience

* Strong foundation in US GAAP and financial reporting
* Public accounting experience strongly preferred
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and financial/business acumen
* Strong written and verbal communications skills
* Must be agent of change, committed to driving a culture of continuous improvement
* Ability to plan and handle multiple projects
* Excellent Interpersonal Skills
* Must demonstrate effective problem analysis and resolution results.
* Proficient in computer applications including advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

Estimated starting annual base salary pay ranges is $100,000 - $135,000, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Please note that the actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by the Company, which may include, but is not limited to, location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions. The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range, with the top of the range reserved for only exceptional circumstances.
