WHO WE ARE & WHAT WE DO

In the Hallmark Gift Presentation business, one of Hallmark's core product categories, we create products that promote connection and make the gift giving experience memorable. We are consumer obsessed, developing products inspired by their needs, omni channel shopping behaviors, and global influences. You will be joining a highly collaborative team with a passion for charting new ground and driving growth.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING & THE IMPACT YOU'LL

As a Merchant, you will own the end-to-end management of your assigned business categories, driving sales, profitability, and overall retail performance. You'll take the lead in shaping strategy and execution, ensuring your business delivers strong results.

In this role, you'll guide a cross-functional team through the full product planning cycle-from analyzing program performance to developing strategic plans and product lines. You'll collaborate closely with partners across the business to influence assortment decisions, lead ranking discussions, and help inform demand and inventory planning.

You'll act as the business owner, bringing both a passion for the consumer and a curiosity to deeply understand what drives your category. By analyzing performance, identifying key trends, and turning insights into action, you'll directly impact results.

Success in this role requires strong collaboration and leadership. You'll build trusted relationships across teams, leverage the expertise of your partners, and ensure alignment to deliver key milestones. A deep understanding of the end-to-end process and the ability to influence without direct authority will be critical to driving success
