Job Description

RR Donnelley is adding a Global Data Coordinator to their team!

This is a Hybrid role requiring 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

The Global Data Coordinator supports records management operations and special projects team by compiling, validating, analyzing, and reporting data that informs day-to-day decision-making and operational performance. This role works across multiple data sources to ensure accuracy, identify discrepancies, and deliver clear, actionable reporting using Excel and other reporting tools. The position also supports records-related operational processes, helps maintain data integrity and inventory accuracy, and contributes to process improvements that enhance reporting quality and team efficiency.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Full department backup and knowledge base of data operations
  • Support operational and special project data reporting and technology needs e.g. test cases creations, report findings/discrepancies
  • Support user acceptance testing of technology
  • Generate and analyze reporting for clients and internal procedural requirements
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
  • Compare data from multiple sites, target inconsistencies and offer proposals for resolution
  • Interpret data, analyze results and provide ongoing reporting deliverables
  • Provide operational feedback on workflow including recommendations for efficiency opportunities

  • Review procedures as they relate to current processes and track updates as they evolve

  • Respond directly to clients and stakeholders regarding reporting requirements and to related questions as directed

  • Track and complete projects within scope by the agreed upon deadlines


Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related operations support role

  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, sorting, filtering, PivotTables, and charting

  • Experience using tools to prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for business stakeholders

  • Ability to compile, analyze, and present data accurately and clearly, with strong attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain findings to non-technical audiences

  • Ability to identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvement opportunities

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Professional, collaborative approach working effectively across teams and with stakeholders

  • Experience in records management, inventory controls, or operational processes is a plus


Additional Information

The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $74,000-115,500/year. Starting pay decisionsare determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications,skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other businessneeds. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending onthe role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also includeovertime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
