As a Security Officer Patrol Government - Active Clearance in Santa Ana, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations with an agile, reliable, and innovative approach, while working as part of a caring team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $24.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and escalating security-related concerns when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, deliveries, and vendors, helping to support authorized access and reporting discrepancies, damaged barriers, and/or suspicious behavior.
• Communicate with site contacts, first responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or policy-related issues that may affect daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 2+ years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Possess an active DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
