As a Security Officer Concierge Desk in Warrendale, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk professional at a dynamic financial institution location, serving as a welcoming first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors. In this stationary role, you will help support access control, monitor activity at the reception area, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific policies, front desk procedures, and security-related protocols at the location.
• Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access through access control and sign-in procedures.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate personnel and documenting events as needed.
• Answer phones, greet guests, provide directions, and support front desk operations while maintaining awareness of security-related concerns within the facility.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, communicate clearly with employees and/or first responders, and follow post orders for alarms, evacuations, and other site needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
