The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the supply chain operations, including transportation, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution activities. The role uses the PBM system to monitor logistics performance, optimize processes, manage shipment tracking, and improve operational efficiency. A Typical Day in the Life Includes: Manage daily logistics and supply chain operations. Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities. Use PBM software/system to: Track shipments and inventory Generate logistics reports Monitor KPIs and performance metrics Improve operational planning and workflow Ensure timely delivery of products to customers and business locations. Monitor inventory levels and reduce stock shortages or overstock situations. Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments. Control logistics costs and maintain budget targets. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Lead and supervise logistics staff and warehouse teams. Analyze logistics data and recommend process improvements. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in logistics or supply chain operations. Experience working with PBM systems or logistics management software. Knowledge of inventory control and transportation management. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication and leadership abilities. Experience in Microsoft Office and reporting tools. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of ERP systems and warehouse operations. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Organizational and time-management skills.
