Job Description
NC Stop Human Trafficking - 1410 Evans Street, Suite 1a Greenville, NC 27834 - is currently seeking a Federal Work Study Student to serve as an Administrative Assistant.

Job Duties:
Register for events
Make travel plans
Send correspondence
Manage day-to-day operations of office
Manage email and contacts
Manage paperwork for bookkeeper
Record-keeping of speaking engagements, events
Post on Social Media
Manage inventory
Order products
Update Inventory
Price tags/signs

Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)
* Excellent written communication skills.
* Ability to organize and manage work time.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and Power Point)
* Proficiency in Quickbooks (or willingness to learn)
* Proficiency in Google Business (Gmail, calendar, Google Drive)
* Access to reliable transportation.
