Overview
Are you energized by defining the systems and AI strategy that transforms how a program management organization operates? We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our NPI team in a role focused on increasing the productivity, scale, and depth of our NPI Program Managers through data systems, automation, and applied AI. In this Redmond-based role, you will set the vision and lead the build-out of tools, structured data sources, and agentic AI solutions that help PMs run multiple programs in parallel with stronger risk foresight and pattern recognition. This is not a traditional NPI execution role - your "program" is the leverage and effectiveness of the broader PM function. You willoperateat the intersection of program management, data systems, and applied AI, influencing leadership decisions and mentoring others as you scale impact across the portfolio. #W+DJOBS NPI Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
