Contract to Hire



  • Hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
  • Install, upgrade, and configure Windows 10/11 hardware and software for end users
  • Support network connectivity - LAN, WAN, printing, IP addressing, TCP/IP
  • VIP support for executive devices, video systems, and communication equipment
  • Configure and support mobile computing platforms
  • Log and track all tickets in ServiceNow; communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
