Pay Range: $29.55 - $36.83 per hour

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

The Mental Health Clinician Provides clinical assessment, crisis intervention, evaluations for hospitalization, and crisis service coordination primarily for adults; Will also secondarily cover assessment of children and adolescents, as indicated.

Qualifications:

• MA/MS degree in social work, psychology or related field
• BLS required within three 3 months of hire
• Must be able to work in stressful situations
• Individuals hired must be eligible to obtain their Temporary Screening Certification Number upon hire and must obtain their permanent number with one 1 year
• Must possess and maintain a valid NJ State Driver's License
• Two years of prior experience/training working with children, adolescents and families in a mental health setting strongly preferred
• Experience/training in crisis intervention and assessment strongly preferred
