Relationship Banker II / Member Service Representative A respected and growing credit union in Center Line, MI is seeking a Relationship Banker II / Member Service Representative to build strong member relationships and provide personalized financial solutions in a collaborative, memberfocused environment. This is a permanent, fulltime opportunity with excellent benefits and schedule flexibility. Responsibilities * Open and maintain consumer accounts * Facilitate consumer loan applications and mortgage support * Educate members on financial products and services * Calculate rates, payments, and loan terms * Document transactions accurately in the core system * Partner with lending and internal teams through loan closing * Ensure compliance with policies and regulations Qualifications * High school diploma or GED * 2+ years of sales or relationshipbased service experience (retail, telecom, banking, etc.) * or a Bachelor's degree in business/finance * Strong communication, math, and customer service skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook Join a team where leadership is handson, schedules are balanced, and your work truly impacts members' financial lives.
