Job Description We are seeking two skilled Commercial Low Voltage Installation Technicians to join a growing team in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing low voltage systems in commercial environments, including security, alarm, access control, CCTV, audio/visual, and structured cabling systems. Key Responsibilities * Install, maintain, and repair low voltage electrical systems in commercial settings * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams * Install and program security systems, alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and A/V systems * Pull, terminate, and test low voltage cabling (Cat5e/Cat6) * Troubleshoot and resolve wiring, connectivity, and equipment issues * Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes * Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule * Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, time, and materials used * Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction on job sites Required Qualifications * High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate or associate degree preferred * Minimum 1+ year of experience installing and maintaining commercial low voltage systems * Working knowledge of low voltage systems, cabling standards, and electrical codes * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Skills * Low voltage installation * Structured cabling (Cat6) * Security and alarm systems * CCTV and access control Additional Qualifications * Dependable with a proven record of punctuality and reliability * Strong attention to detail * Growth mindset with a strong work ethic Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
