Description 2 Openings: 1 night shift and 1 outpatient Day shift - 7:30pm-4am or 9pm - 5:30am - Weekends and Rotating Holidays Outpatient is a day shift Monday through Friday. They must have insurance authorization and eligibility experience. Eager to learn is important for the best candidates. Someone who want's to grow and earn skills. Sociable and confident and a team player. Interact with nursing, physicians, patients, internal administration, EMT's, firefighters. Training-12 days-120 hours of department training-1 day of classroom training then they will be shadowing and then be shadowed by trainers. Position is very repetitive but the patients are different. If they don't have insurance go a different route. If they are out of state things are different but all the forms are the same. Typical work day-Exciting and chaotic. Fast paced---going to see a lot of different patients, always have patients waiting and going from one thing to the next. 10-11 registrars staffed for days. 5:30 to last shift at 8pm-have nursing and ultrasound, transport, emt's, ambulance firefighters.
