The External Marketing Programs team plays a critical role in supporting marketing campaigns across our client's growing portfolio of services. In partnership with cross-functional teams, this team drives new customer acquisition and cultivates awareness for a suite of apps and subscription businesses through integrated online and offline marketing campaigns. We are looking for a Campaign Producer to support these initiatives. You will work cross-functionally across numerous marketing disciplines, serving as a critical support function that manages campaigns end-to-end for our client.

Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and management of campaign lifecycles across online and offline media channels. You will work in close collaboration with teams in various disciplines, including media strategy, channel activation, analytics, and creative production.

You will act as the "connective glue" managing workflows between the client's external and internal media teams. Key responsibilities include:



  • Supporting and contributing to status agendas, creative trafficking, and media recommendations.
  • Assisting with weekly reporting and comprehensive campaign wrap reports.
  • Project managing campaigns from initial briefing through launch.
  • Ensuring all deadlines are met, requirements are fulfilled, and teams are adhering to process best practices.


Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in project management, operations management, media campaign management, and/or equivalent support.
  • Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of the marketing campaign lifecycle, including media planning, strategy, ad trafficking, marketing measurement, and analytics.
  • Media Expertise: Prior experience working with media marketing teams and a general understanding of the end-to-end media campaign process.
  • Campaign Management: Proven experience in campaign management, including creative briefings, social/media content tracking, and analytics coordination.
  • Platform Familiarity: Comfortable with social media platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Meta, X, Reddit, and Pinterest.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled at building partnerships and working with cross-functional teams across multiple business functions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Problem Solving: Eager to take on complex problems and driven to find the best solutions.
  • Operational Excellence: Aptitude for project management, process, communication, and administrative duties.
  • Communication: Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Software Proficiency: Experience with Airtable.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in subscription service marketing.
