IT Intern

This position is an in-person position in Whitestone, NY in the Summer.

Workstation Readiness: Ensure all office desks and conference rooms are "meeting-ready," including checking monitors, docking stations, and AV equipment.
• Help Desk: Monitor the incoming ticket queue and process trouble tickets.
• Mobile & Desktop Setup: Perform "white-glove" setups for new office staff, including configuring email and help with logons.
• Remote Support: Provide phone and screen-share assistance to offsite staff, guiding them through home-office connectivity or software errors.
• Asset Auditing: Maintain an organized IT storage area and perform regular audits of peripherals (keyboards, mice, adapters) to ensure the office is well-stocked.

Education and/or Experience

• IT interns/co-ops are required to be currently enrolled in Information Technology or a similar program at an accredited college or university.
