Description Maine Medical Center Professional - Clinical Req #: 75589 For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering up to$3,000.00 Sign-on bonus for all eligible Pharmacy Technicians! o Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Pharmacy Technician position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible. o Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment. Summary: Working in a supportive role under the direct supervision of the Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician - Retail role performs a variety of duties relating to medication preparation, storage, distribution, disposition, and related clerical tasks. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: Associate degree preferred. License/Certifications: Current or eligible for applicable state(s) license as a Pharmacy Technician required. CPhT or PTCB certificate preferred. Experience: Experience as a pharmacy technician or other healthcare related position preferred.
