Your Role

The Healthcare Quality and Affordability Federal Employee Program Clinical Support Coordinator team provides Care Management, Prior Authorization, and Utilization Management services to our members. The HEDIS Clinical Support Coordinator will report to the Supervisor, Operations. In this role you will be responsible for placing a high-volume of Outreach & Engagement telephone calls encouraging Care Management program participation. This role will also process Care Management requests including faxes, phone calls, and emails from PHP/IOP, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and more.

Your Knowledge and Experience

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Requires at least 3 years of prior relevant experience
  • Requires strong attendance record
  • Requires solid technical skills - ability to navigate MS programs and learn in-house software
  • Requires personable communication and strong teamwork skills
  • Preferred - experience with medical coding - CPT/Dx

Hybrid Virtual Work

This role allows employees to work virtually full-time, however employees will be expected to come to the office based on business need.
