Door Assembler

Salt Lake City, Utah

PURPOSE

The Assembler is an entry-level position that is responsible for assembling interior and exterior door units in a fast-paced production environment. This role ensures product quality, accuracy, and on-time completion while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble door units, including pre-hung doors and components, according to specifications
• Read and follow work orders, measurements, and production instructions
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 75lbs (team lifting encouraged)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic

Work Environment:

• Warehouse/manufacturing setting
• Exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures
• Standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
