Job Summary

Castalia Systems is seeking Motion GEOINT Analysts (Mid) to utilize sources as appropriate to exploit, analyze, and produce GEOINT in support of critical operations. They are involved in full-motion video processing, exploitation, and dissemination. Sources for these formats of data come from many different sectors within the DoD and IC. Our team takes pride in supporting the critical missions that protect the nation, our freedom, and our families -the things that really matter.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of FMV, IMINT and/or GEOINT experience, which can be supplemented by a degree relevant to GEOINT.
• At least 1 year of recent (last 3 years) FMV/IMINT/GEOINT operational experience.
• Attended certified imagery schoolhouse (military or similar program).
• Functional experience using ArcGIS or similar.
• Multimodal imagery experience.
• Must be a self-starter, able to perform deep analysis, demonstrate critical thinking skills, and communicate well.

Desired Qualifications:

• More than 5 years of intelligence analysis experience supporting both FMV and imagery product development.
• GPC certified.
• C4I, counter-proliferation, or PACOM/INDOPACOM experience.
• Advanced ArcGIS proficiency.
• BA/BS in field relevant to geospatial intelligence, intelligence studies, etc.
• Experience with SOM tools.
• Ability to start immediately.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

• Office environment.
• Normal working hours (Mon - Fri core hours).
• Candidates must accurately discern red, green, blue, and yellow colors on a video screen.

Travel

• As needed.
