Description
Bally's Lake Tahoe Casino Resort This position is offered as part of the J1 Exchange Visitor Program and is intended to provide participants with structured, handson experience in the U.S. hospitality and food & beverage industry while supporting cultural exchange. The J1 participant will assist in serving food and beverage products to guests, coordinating daily service activities with team members, and following established departmental and facility procedures. Under direct supervision, the participant will gain practical exposure to U.S. service standards, operational practices, and workplace culture while contributing to a highquality guest experience. Physical Requirements Participants may be required to stand and walk for extended periods and perform activities such as bending, reaching, lifting up to 35 pounds, and carrying service items.
