Job Summary:
The Vice President, Enterprise AI Acceleration & Performance is responsible for accelerating enterprise-wide ideation, development, and execution of high value AI use cases in partnership with business and functional leaders. This role ensures AI moves rapidly from concept to scaled impact, directly contributing to administrative cost reduction, medical loss ratio (MLR) improvement, and revenue growth.
Essential Functions:
- Partner with senior business executives to identify, shape, and refine AI use cases aligned to CareSource strategic objectives.
- Translate business problems into execution ready AI initiatives by coordinating intake, feasibility, prioritization, and delivery pathways.
- Drive speed to value by standardizing reusable AI patterns, playbooks, and deployment accelerators.
- Lead the AI enablement function across verticals, including AI champions, pod teams, and functional partners.
- Establish repeatable "AI pod" execution models that integrate business, data, technology, compliance, and change management resources.
- Ensure consistent adoption of ATO tools, platforms, and ways of working across the enterprise.
- Serve as a trusted AI execution partner to functional leaders.
- Drive AI literacy and adoption in collaboration with HR and functional leadership, ensuring AI is embedded into day to day operations.
- Act as a visible leader and advocate for AI first ways of working across CareSource.
- Perform any other job related duties as requested.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Master's degree is preferred
- Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education
- Ten (10) years of related Operations or Information Technology experience required
- Seven (7) years of management experience required
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML adoption, AI product management, or implementation of enterprise AI solutions preferred
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or transformation initiatives preferred
- Experience driving technology adoption and organizational change at scale preferred
Competencies, Knowledge and Skills:
- Deep understanding of the evolving AI landscape, including agentic systems, reasoning-capable models, and enterprise AI orchestration platforms
- Demonstrated ability to assess emerging capabilities and translate architectural implications into strategic advantage
- Ability to stand up new functions, centers of excellence, or operating models
- Ability to influence and collaborate across business and technical teams
- Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to executive leadership and facilitating working sessions
- Familiarity with governance, risk, compliance, or responsible AI frameworks
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Gemini Enterprise, Claude, or ChatGPT Enterprise

- General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to travel as required by the needs of the business.
Compensation Range: $150,000 - $300,000. CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
