This position oversees the full range of treatment and therapeutic services for the Sexual Responsibility and Treatment Program. It ensures all clinical activities follow current policies, procedures, and standards. As a Licensed Psychologist Director, you will perform the following duties:

• Program Leadership: Plan, guide, and evaluate treatment program components for Act 21 clients in residential care
• Clinical Consistency: Ensure treatment approaches follow secure civil commitment standards and current methodologies
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain alignment with all applicable rules, codes, and program procedures
• Staff Oversight: Supervise, assign, and monitor clinical staff while supporting training and credentialing needs
• Treatment Delivery: Provide individual, group, and psycho-educational treatment services to clients
• Operational Coordination: Coordinate daily operations and collaborate with facility staff on mental health and sexual offending topics

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
• Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• One year as a Licensed Psychologist Manager (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
• Two years as a Licensed Psychologist, MH or a Psychologist (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration) one year of which must have been in a supervisory or administrative capacity; or
• Two years of experience as a licensed professional psychologist in the treatment of inmates or individuals with mental illness and/or intellectual disability, one year of which must have been in a supervisory or administrative capacity.

Special Requirement:

• This position requires possession of a current license to practice psychology as issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of psychology or possession of a current license to practice psychology as issued by another state with licensure requirements acceptable to the Board. Other Requirements:

• PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.
• You must be able to perform essential job functions.
