Senior Manager, Compliance & Ethics, Federal and State Price Reporting Hybrid/On-site location: Richmond, VA, USA - 9954 Mayland Drive Position Overview: The Senior Manager, Federal and State Price Reporting ("Senior Manager") will support the enhancement and maintenance of the MMS Compliance & Ethics program, with a specialized focus on Government Price Reporting, and Compliance Data Stewardship. This role will bridge compliance management and advanced data analytics, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory adherence for MMS. The Senior Manager will report to the Vice President, Compliance & Ethics, MMS Operations & Sourcing, and will collaborate closely with the MMS Technology and MMS Finance functions and other cross-functional partners and subject matter experts in the MMS business. The ideal candidate will have experience with healthcare compliance and ethics programs, including knowledge of the elements of an effective compliance program. The candidate will have familiarity with the laws, rules and regulations governing the activities of pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers and distributors, healthcare providers and other market participants, with a focus on Government Pricing Reporting and Medicaid Rebates. The candidate will have demonstrated the ability to effectively collaborate with large teams consisting of business, legal, compliance, and audit within a highly matrixed environment. Position Level: P4 We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
