Summary: The Sourcing Transition Lead will execute complex sourcing implementation projects from contract award through operational delivery. This hands-on role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple concurrent transition projects while maintaining exceptional client relationships and stakeholder coordination. The successful candidate will ensure seamless implementation of sourcing solutions, managing client expectations and delivering measurable results in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Key Responsibilities: Transition Project ExecutionExecute end-to-end transition management for assigned sourcing implementations, ensuring successful delivery from contract award through full operational readiness. Manage detailed project plans, coordinate implementation activities, and maintain accountability for on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting established quality standards. Client Relationship ManagementServe as the primary day-to-day client contact during transition periods, proactively managing expectations and addressing concerns throughout the implementation process. Build strong client relationships through transparent communication, regular updates, and responsive problem-solving to maintain confidence during critical transition phases. Stakeholder Coordination & CommunicationCoordinate activities between multiple stakeholders including sourcing teams, operations, suppliers, and client organizations to ensure aligned execution. Facilitate regular communication, manage competing priorities, and resolve operational conflicts that arise during implementation to maintain project momentum. Project Planning & Timeline ManagementDevelop and maintain detailed project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Monitor progress against established schedules, identify potential delays early, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery. Balance multiple concurrent projects while maintaining focus on quality execution. Change Management Support Leads clients and stakeholders through operational changes during transition implementations. Assist in developing change management strategies, facilitate training sessions, and ensure successful adoption of new sourcing arrangements while minimizing business disruption. Risk Identification & MitigationProactively identify potential risks and issues that could impact transition success. Develop mitigation strategies, escalate critical issues to the Senior Transition Manager when appropriate, and implement contingency plans to maintain project delivery commitments. Quality Assurance & DocumentationEnsure all transition activities meet JLL quality standards and follow established methodologies. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, track key performance metrics, and conduct thorough quality reviews to ensure consistent delivery excellence across all assigned projects. Supplier CoordinationManage relationships with new and existing suppliers during transition periods, ensuring they understand requirements, timelines, and performance expectations. Coordinate supplier onboarding activities, monitor service delivery readiness, and facilitate smooth operational handovers. Data Gathering & AnalysisCollect and analyze project data to track progress, identify trends, and support decision-making throughout the transition process. Prepare regular status reports, performance metrics, and analytical insights to inform stakeholders and support continuous improvement efforts. Problem Solving & Issue ResolutionApply analytical skills to resolve complex operational challenges that emerge during implementation. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to develop creative solutions that maintain project timelines while meeting client requirements and quality standards. Operational Readiness VerificationConduct thorough readiness assessments to ensure all systems, processes, and resources are prepared for go-live activities. Coordinate testing procedures, validate service delivery capabilities, and confirm operational readiness before transitioning to steady-state operations. Performance Monitoring & ReportingTrack and report on key transition metrics including timeline adherence, budget performance, quality indicators, and client satisfaction measures. Provide regular updates to the Senior Transition Manager and participate in lessons learned sessions to enhance future delivery capabilities. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork effectively with sourcing analysts & coordinators, operations teams, legal departments, and account management to ensure coordinated delivery throughout the transition process. Support seamless handoffs between different project phases and maintain alignment with broader organizational objectives. This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position: 144,000.00 - 168,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
