You will contribute to key promotional initiatives by:

* Developing and executing strategies that connect with audiences on leading social media platforms.

* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to amplify promotional efforts.

* Analyzing performance data to optimize campaigns and inform future strategies.

As a core member of our dynamic promotional team, you will be responsible for:

* Coordinating and managing promotional campaigns, ensuring timely execution and adherence to strategic goals.

* Collaborating with talent across the globe to integrate promotional content effectively.

* Staying well-versed in current pop culture and industry trends to identify new opportunities.

* Preparing and delivering presentations on campaign performance and future initiatives.

* Utilizing Excel for data analysis to track campaign effectiveness and provide insights.

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

* Managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

This role offers significant opportunities for innovation in promotional strategies and collaboration across diverse teams. Your work will directly contribute to the success of global engagement efforts, helping to expand brand presence and connect with millions of fans worldwide.

**Must-Have Skills & Experience:**

* 1-2 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing.

* Must have a strong fluency in Japanese and English, both written and verbal.

* Proven knowledge of various paid social platforms.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.

* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and inform decisions.

* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels and departments.

* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

* Strategic self-starter with the ability to manage many ongoing projects independently.

* Basic understanding of influence management principles.

* Demonstrated passion for innovation, creative problem-solving, and building strong relationships.

* Bachelor's Degree required.

**Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:**

* Established relationships with local agencies and influencers in Japan.

* A great sense of humor and a desire to have fun while achieving goals!
