Description Home Health and Hospice Nursing Req #: 72689 Are you looking for a nursing role that offers flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and families? Join the Care at Home team based out of Rockport and help patients receive exceptional care where they are most comfortable-at home.In this 32-hour salaried position, you'll serve patients throughout Knox County, providing skilled nursing care, conducting assessments, coordinating services, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patients through recovery, chronic illness management, and ongoing healthcare needs.Home care nursing offers a unique opportunity to focus on one patient at a time while developing strong relationships with patients and families. You'll have the autonomy to manage your schedule, organize your day, and make a meaningful impact by helping patients remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their homes. This position includes a weekend rotation of one weekend every fourth weekend, providing a predictable schedule while ensuring continuity of care for the patients we serve.Based out of Rockport, you'll join a supportive team that values collaboration, communication, and compassionate, patient-centered care. This is a Registered Nurse 2 vacancy open to candidates with greater than 1 year of RN work experience. For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering up to $10,000 Sign-on bonus for all eligible Registered Nurses with 0-2 years of experience and $20,000 for experienced Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of experience!
