Director, Program Management

MRM is looking for a Director, Program Management to be a global subject matter expert in digital.

What You Will Do:

- Provide Service or Platform expert analysis and documentation, and resource onboarding.

- Be accountable for delivery, automation, and understanding of error trending (and correction of such), within the campaign space as well as for those resources that support execution.

- Understand gaps in knowledge - supporting with training when and where required.
