What We DoPerforms a mix of routine and moderately complex financial analysis in accordance with established procedures within general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or other finance functions. Partners with business units to research and resolve reconciliation discrepancies, support special projects, and develop performance metrics. Leads process improvement initiatives by standardizing and streamlining workflows, creating written desktop procedures, and delivering training to ensure consistency, accuracy, and operational efficiency. What You'll Do: Perform reconciliations across internal accounting systems, researching and resolving variances in a timely manner Proactively identify and pursue process improvement opportunities, with a focus on meeting customer and business needs Build and maintain ongoing partnerships with internal customers to continuously enhance service levels and ensure expectations are met Research and resolve general ledger discrepancies related to assigned areas of responsibility Provide input to management and recommend strategies to improve efficiency through standardization and process streamlining Participate in and/or provide oversight for M&A activities, including system and process integrations Collect, analyze, and prepare metrics and reporting for supported business units Review offshore production performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs), identifying quality, turnaround time, or productivity gaps and recommending corrective actions to management What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Typically requires 4-7 years of related finance or accounting experience Demonstrated critical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate options, assess risks, and determine effective solutions Strong problemsolving capabilities, including analyzing complex issues, researching alternatives, and implementing solutions Solid conceptual understanding of accounting and finance principles and the ability to apply them in daytoday responsibilities Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills Proven ability to diagnose issues, analyze root causes, and drive appropriate resolutions Experience facilitating or participating in meetings with seniorlevel, crossfunctional stakeholders Experience working with enterprise financial systems; Oracle experience preferred Pay Range: $55,900.00 - $74,500.00 Annually This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
