What You Bring to the Table as a CNC Machinist and Programmer

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical training or certification in CNC machining preferred
• Minimum 2+ years of CNC machining, programming, or operator experience required
• Strong knowledge of CNC lathes, mills, and related tooling
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and escalate repairs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional environment
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and/or milling machines
• Machine a variety of materials, including single-piece and small-batch production
• Perform quality inspections to identify defects and ensure specifications are met
• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and process guidelines
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot common CNC issues
• Safely operate tools, equipment, and machinery in a production environment
• Manage priorities to maintain workflow and production continuity
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
