JOB LOCATION Duke GI-Endoscopy at Brier Creek - 10207 Cerny St JOB SUMMARY We are seeking aClinical Operations Supervisor to directly supervise Endoscopy Surgical Technologists, Patient Care Technicians and a Supply Chain Associate's during specified shifts, facilitating staff and departmental efficiencies while monitoring the clinic's daily operations to ensure that appropriate quality and productivity levels are achieved and the appropriate supplies and equipment are ordered and maintained. Ensures compliance with infection control policies and AAMI, AORN, and Joint Commission standards. Assures compliance with infection control, sterilization and high level disinfection standards, ensuring that sterilization and high level disinfection practices and all equipment used for decontamination and sterilization meet quality standards. Assists staff with performance improvement. Supervisory responsibilities include staff selection, orientation/onboarding, performance evaluation, counseling, and staff development. JOB HOURS The schedule for this position is day shifts, Monday-Friday, with no weekends or holidays.
