Description Health Coach - Wellness As a Health Coach you will be responsible for guiding a self-discovery process which entails (but is not limited to): assessing wellness then readiness to change and confidence of a client, coaching to that level of readiness and confidence, and co-creating a wellness vision including SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely) goals while helping to identify potential or existing obstacles and developing strategies to overcome those obstacles. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
