Description The Manager of Rehabilitation Services leads highperforming inpatient and/or outpatient rehabilitation teams, overseeing daily therapy operations and advancing highquality, patientcentered care. This role-open to licensed Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, or SpeechLanguage Pathologists-provides clinical and operational leadership for rehabilitation programs at Providence Centralia Hospital and Providence St. Peter offsite Outpatient Therapy Clinic. Working closely with the Rehabilitation Director and interdisciplinary partners, the Manager supports safe, efficient care aligned with Providence's mission and values. Key responsibilities include leading and supporting rehabilitation staff; overseeing operations, staffing, workflows, and access to care; ensuring compliance with clinical documentation, regulatory, and payer standards; supporting productivity, quality outcomes, and fiscal stewardship; and fostering a collaborative, respectful care environment. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
