Recruiting Coordinator

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a contract position with a Major Financial Services Company located in Milwaukee, WI.

Pay Rate: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour.

Under the management of the HR Services Assistant Director, this role provides high-quality coordination and customer service support to Recruiters, Hiring Managers, interview teams, candidates, and other internal and external partners. This position serves as a primary point of contact throughout the interview and selection process and represents the organization professionally in all candidate interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule non-executive level interviews in alignment with recruiting priorities and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Create a positive experience for all by following designated processes and using a variety of available tools such as Workday, Outlook, and Zoom
• Facilitate in-person interviews, including booking conference rooms, preparing interview materials, greeting candidates and escorting them to the interview location, and providing refreshments
• Assist candidates with organizing travel arrangements for interviews, as needed
• Coordinate candidate assessment process, helping to ensure the selection of the best person for the role
• Build strong relationships with partners and regularly communicate process statuses and updates
• Partner with others to support Operations needs, including but not limited to: system testing, defect tracking and resolution, knowledge sharing, and vendor evaluation

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Minimum of two years of previous recruiting, HR or administrative experience
• Demonstrated superior verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise tact and diplomacy in dealing with others
• Proven ability to apply good judgment in making independent decisions and coordinating information
• Demonstrated ability to independently handle multiple priorities and changing deadlines
• Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to share responsibilities and interact harmoniously with co-workers
• Proven understanding of Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills

Desired skills:

• Applicant tracking system experience
• Corporate Human Resources experience
• HR Case Management
• HRIS experience, specifically with systems like Workday, HR Acuity, or Absence Soft
