We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join a dynamic team as a Senior Planner. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end supply and inventory decisions for a key product line, working closely with cross-functional partners to shape and execute strategic supply plans. Your expertise will directly impact product launches, delivery needs, and inventory goals, contributing significantly to the success of a globally recognized brand. **What You Will Do:**

* Support and participate in planning execution, serving as a primary point of contact for supply and inventory planning needs for a significant product portfolio.

* Ensure products are planned in close coordination with key stakeholders, evaluating risks and opportunities, escalating challenges, and communicating updates to drive positive business results.

* Partner with a wide variety of global and cross-functional teams to execute supply and inventory decisions.

* Evaluate on-time delivery for both promotional and retail channels, analyzing supply and demand signals to make informed business tradeoff decisions.

* Balance maximizing revenue, inventory, and margin through strategic planning.

* Execute and manage supply commitments by creating purchase orders for finished goods and partnering with manufacturing on buy exceptions.

* Maintain changes to purchase orders, including updates to delivery, price, and ultimate destination, and communicate impacts across the organization.

* Proactively identify challenges, articulate them clearly, and drive solutions for key stakeholders using business metrics.

* Serve as a subject matter expert on projects and support key initiatives that impact day-to-day business operations.

**What You Bring:**

**Required Qualifications:**

* Minimum of 5 years of supply & inventory planning, demand planning, or other supply chain experience.

* Demonstrated experience in Supply Chain, planning, inventory, Operations, and Marketplace.

* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, & macros).

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation, presentations, and storytelling.

* Ability to pivot from numbers into action-oriented insights, strong analytical skills, and capability to find relevant information within large data sets to create executive stories.

* Ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional and consumer team partners, strong influencing skills, including experience collaborating with virtual teams.

* Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with strong organizational skills (multi-tasking).

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field (2 additional years' experience may be accepted in lieu of degree).

* Experience with advanced planning systems.

* Experience in a licensed, wholesale apparel, footwear, or equipment organization.

* Previous experience within the industry is highly preferred.
