Job Summary

F3EA is seeking a Program Analyst to support Blue Water Instrumentation (BWI) efforts at the Point Mugu Sea Range.

This role provides analytical and coordination support across program execution, financial tracking, and communications products, ensuring that data, status, and information are accurate, organized, and readily available to leadership.

The Program Analyst will assist in maintaining program visibility, reporting, and documentation, supporting both internal execution and external communication efforts. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can operate in a fast-paced environment and contribute to maintaining alignment across multiple lines of effort.

This position is designed to ensure that program data, reporting, and coordination remain accurate, organized, and aligned with execution. The Program Analyst supports mission success by enabling leadership to maintain visibility and make informed decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Support development and maintenance of program status reports, trackers, and dashboards
  • Assist in tracking program execution activities, including tasks, milestones, and deliverables
  • Support financial tracking efforts, including data collection, cost tracking inputs, and report preparation
  • Assist the Senior Business Analyst with budget tracking, forecasting inputs, and variance analysis support
  • Maintain alignment between program activities and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
  • Support preparation of briefings, presentations, and communication products in coordination with the Strategic Communications Specialist
  • Assist in development and maintenance of Battle Update Briefs (or equivalent) and recurring reporting products
  • Track and update action items, taskers, and decision logs across the program
  • Maintain organized records of program documentation, reports, and deliverables
  • Support after-action reviews (AARs) by collecting data and documenting outcomes
  • Assist in identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or risks in program reporting and tracking
  • Provide general analytical and administrative support to program leadership as required
Supervisory Responsibilities

Required Qualifications and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-4 years of experience in program support, analysis, or operations coordination
  • Experience supporting program tracking, reporting, or administrative functions
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance (Secret or higher)
Preferred Qualifications and Education
  • Experience supporting DoD programs, RDT&E efforts, or government contracting environments
  • Familiarity with program management tools and tracking systems
  • Exposure to financial tracking or reporting processes
  • Experience supporting briefing development or executive presentations
  • Prior military or defense contractor experience
Work authorization/security clearance requirements
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance
Physical Demands/Work Environment
  • Combination of office and collaborative program environments
  • Regular interaction with program leadership, analysts, and technical teams
  • Fast-paced environment supporting multiple lines of effort
