**Make a Significant Impact as a UX Writer & Content Designer**

Are you a passionate UX Writer and Content Designer ready to shape compelling narratives and intuitive user experiences? In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in defining how users engage with groundbreaking products, influencing product vision, and solving complex user challenges. You will contribute directly to the clarity, usability, and overall success of digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging journey for a diverse global audience. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in content strategy and design to create innovative solutions and drive product excellence within a collaborative team environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* 5 years of independently delivering high-quality content design for end-to-end user experiences across various products and programs.

* Influence and evolve product vision by crafting cohesive product narratives with minimal oversight.

* Address user challenges of varying complexity by applying established writing and information design patterns and principles.

* Apply a strong working knowledge of UX principles, user-centered product development methodologies, and research tools.

* Proactively identify, define, and communicate issues through consistent patterns and frameworks.

* Design products and develop UX solutions that contribute to a coherent overall product, platform, or user experience.

* Uphold and champion design standards, including writing patterns that effectively guide users within products.

* Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and peers.

* Plan and prioritize your design work in alignment with broader project goals.

* Identify opportunities to expand responsibilities and contribute to product excellence, including localization and accessibility initiatives.

* Utilize and propose data and metrics to evaluate product impact, understanding the product ecosystem, user trends, and industry landscape.

* Help create innovative UX solutions tailored to defined user, product, and business problems.

* Adapt to evolving writing and design constraints, clearly communicating the rationale behind design choices.

* Establish and apply holistic UX processes, systems, frameworks, or patterns within a team or product.

* Assist in performing design and testing processes with minimal guidance.

* Leverage standard writing and design tools to visualize ideas, develop mock-ups, or create prototypes.

* Tailor deliverables to specific product or platform requirements, adhering to design templates, style guides, and accessibility guidelines.

* Iteratively improve UX based on research and stakeholder input, engaging stakeholders on product writing and design to achieve goals.

* Analyze and anticipate user needs, pain points, and language comprehension gaps, identifying problems and proposing solutions within strategic constraints.

* Create concepts to inform product ideation and user research/testing, and conduct research to inform UX decisions.

* Champion user experiences through principled, data-driven UX choices, and proactively identify challenges and questions.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* Proficiency in data analysis, synthesis, and planning.

* Knowledge of product design principles.

* Demonstrated craftsmanship in content and design.

* Strong design sensibility.

* Expertise in information architecture.

* Understanding of team management principles.

* Proficiency in content design.

* Familiarity with the product development lifecycle.

* Knowledge of industry trends and interactive technology.

* Deep understanding of user behavior.

* Strong presentation skills.

* Proficiency in UX writing.

* Aptitude for storytelling.

* Familiarity with UX research methodology.
